Son de México, a Mariachi quartet originally from Mexico, includes William Torres of Mexico City, Pedro Salas of Zacatecas and brothers Hector and Jose Estupian of Chihuahua. Using acoustic instruments and playing the music of great composers, these local talented artists have accomplished to please and entertain the community with a variety of music from romantic songs to music with more soul. The accordion gives a unique twist to this Mariachi group since Mariachi music traditionally does not come with the unique sound of the accordion, an instrument incorporated into Mexican regional music when Germans brought this instrument when they migrated to Texas.
