Evolucion Norteña - Cancelled due to Inclement Weather
Evolucion is a young band from West Michigan ranging from a tender nine years of age to the two eldest who are thirteen, siblings, joined together when their parents married. What they found in common was their love for music and were taught by their father and mentor, Pedro P. Martinez. Soon after, Evolucion was formed. Members include: Pedro P. Martinez Jr., Abrielle Gonzalez, Alicia Gonzalez, and Alec Gonzalez. Evolucion has been playing together as a group for almost two years. Pedro Mo Martinez has been dubbed El Principe de la Accordion, and also sings vocals. Abrielle Guera Gonzalez plays bass. Alicia Chiqui Gonzalez plays baja sexto, whose skills compare to those twice her age. Last but not least is Alec Lick Gonzalez. Alec is practicing very diligently to become the future drummer of Evolucion. Although he is not yet a full time band member, he has played on stage many times and has won the heart of the fans. Pedro Paco Martinez, father of the group, currently serves as the full-time drummer of the group and also sings vocals.
