A Tulipanes favorite…artist Erick Pichardo works with children to create a large mural which will be on display for next year’s Festival. Children will have the opportunity to learn some interesting painting techniques that may just bring out the Picassos in many of them. Children of all ages are invited to participate.
Event runs 11am-4pm.
